Mobile Window Display

Mobile Window at Jewelry Store. Two large steel and fabric mobiles and six small scale mobiles for display of the jewelry. Medium mobile inside store. Boston, MA. Fall 2006.

This window was an abstraction of the falling fall leaves and inspired by Calder’s mobiles. 



Halloween Intervention: I have tried to avoid the traditional holiday approach as in Christmas (trees/gifts), Valentine’s Day (hearts/roses), etc. for a more seasonal/abstract representation. Having said that, Halloween is my favorite holiday. To celebrate it, jack-o’-lantern faces where applied to the fabric circles for a week.
